1) When are the drops? How do I know when the shop is open?
The only way to stay up to date with our drops & restocks is to subscribe to our newsletter or follow our instagram @itswhiitelightning. We will post on the story the day of the drops and send out emails to all our subscribers.
2) How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Since all orders are made to order, it takes about 10-14 business days after purchase for items to be shipped. Shipping time may exceed this by a few days during high volume periods.
3) How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is ready you will receive an email with a tracking number. Typically orders are shipped out 1 day after emails are sent. The link in the email goes directly to the order. If for some reason the link isn’t in the email let us know via email at email@example.com.
4) Something in my order was incorrect, what do I do?
Just email us and we will send it to reprint. Our reprints can be delayed due to other current orders being processed, if there is an extended delay we can refund for you that item.
5) Can I return, refund, or exchange my purchase?
All orders are made to order which means everything is made specifically for our customers after the order is placed. Since all orders are custom we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Be sure to always double check your color, size and etc before purchasing.
